Our wine route

New for 2023: We present our 2023 wine route. You’ll have the chance to discover the wines of our region through a number of wineries. You’ll be able to visit their cellars and even enjoy a tasting session.

We’ve created three different itineraries, which you can see on the map below. You can navigate through each estate to discover its creation and history.

Château Paquette

Sophie and Jérôme welcome you to their estate in the heart of the vineyards. Enjoy a tasting of several wines, including a creation developed by the winemaker himself. Since 1952, the tradition has been maintained and passed down from generation to generation. As with the quality and expertise on offer, the estate set itself apart by obtaining organic farming certification in 2014.

Looking for new wines and something to do on holiday? This estate is the perfect place to spend a warm and friendly moment in the heart of nature. You can enjoy a walk through the vineyards, as well as several picnic areas hidden away on the estate.

Château de Cabran

Come and discover an estate with over 200 years of history. Enjoy the charm of an old stone bastide. In the heart of nature, enjoy a true Provencal experience in a charming old stone bastide. It is thanks to the various volcanic discharges such as lava flows that the estate owes its land rich in discovery and flavour.

Events such as After Beach are organised during the summer. Here you can sample some excellent wines in a unique, natural setting.

Château Vaudois

Since 1988, this estate has been steeped in family tradition. Come and discover an estate with exceptional wines. The owners enjoy 93 hectares, of which only 18 are planted with vines, to produce wines that are as refined as each other.

Looking for something to do on a rainy afternoon? Don’t hesitate, the Château Vaudois offers a wide range of activities, from cellar tours to gourmet visits, where you can discover the secrets of wine-making and sample a delicious platter of charcuterie.

The estate also offers unusual picnics in the heart of the vineyards on sunny days.

The estate offers free tours every Wednesday at 10am and 4pm, bookable at the campsite reception. One-hour tour of the estate. What’s more, if you come on behalf of the campsite, you’ll get a 10% discount if you present yourself with the flyer stamped by the campsite (to be collected from reception).

Domaine de la Bouverie

Situated at the start of the Esterel mountain range, Domaine de la Bouverie has been offering you a moment of relaxation and wine tourism for 27 years.

Discover this estate, housed in a former sheepfold. You’ll have the chance to taste wines that are regularly awarded medals.

Would you like to spend a day in the cool of the stone walls? Enjoy a tasting of their best vintages in a magnificent setting and in direct contact with real enthusiasts.

One of the most beautiful vineyards in Provence welcomes you to the heart of a lush, natural setting to discover a variety of classified wines. Committed to sustainable development, you’ll be able to discover environmentally-friendly production methods.

Open all year round, the winemakers will show you the results of their work with a tasting of their wines. What’s more, you can explore the inside of the estate by diving deep inside to discover the magnificent architecture of their cellar.

Sainte Roseline, le muy

A truly historic estate, the Château de Saint Roseline has been home to masterpieces such as the relics of Saint Roseline since the 11th century.

You’ll have the chance to discover wines in a charming, historic setting. The Teillaud family has been very keen on contemporary art for many years, which is why they are offering you the chance to discover the work of established artists at their château throughout the summer.

Château Rouet, le muy

Open all year round, the château welcomes you to the heart of the red rocks of the Esterel. Once a forest of maritime pines that fell victim to a devastating fire, the estate officially became a vineyard in 1927. The vines were used as firebreaks to protect the forest. It was only after the Second World War that the owners of this estate decided to develop their sales of bottled wine.

Today, Martin Savatier, one of the sons who succeeded him, is at the head of the estate, modernising and developing his products in line with today’s tastes.

Towards St Tropez

The Plan de la Tour Winegrowers

Located in the famous Gulf of Saint Tropez, this cooperative cellar offers a pleasant landscape. You can discover a multitude of bottled wines, red, white and rosé from several vineyards in the region. You’ll also discover the wine-making techniques used to produce our wines, which are based on agroecology and respect for the ecosystem that surrounds us.

Formerly known as Les Fouleurs de Saint Pons, the winegrowers of Plan de la Tour welcome you from Monday to Saturday to help you discover their association at the heart of 170 hectares of vineyards.

Château Saint Marc

Situated in the Massif des Maures in Cogolin on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Certified organic since 2020, the estate welcomes you with 8 hectares of Appellation D’Origine Contrôlée Côtes de Provence vines.

You can discover an entirely organic estate with meticulous, traditional methods. Enjoy a pleasant moment in the heart of nature.

Château de la Garcinière, around Grimaud

The Valentin family welcomes you to their estate for a wine tourism experience that respects nature and the environment. Constantly improving, each year the Valentin family strives to help you discover wines with a certain delicacy and complexity. Certified organic, you can discover the wine-making methods that combine tradition and respect for the environment.

You’ll enjoy a tasting of fruity rosé as well as rosés with more exotic and floral flavours. Or enjoy a white wine with the flavour of acacia honey. Finally, you can enjoy a more traditional red wine made from Grenache and Syrah.

You can also discover the Cuvée du Prieuré, with its exotic and ever-changing flavours of cinnamon and vanilla, or its floral notes.

Château Saint Maur

Chateau located in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, built in the 19th century, welcomes you to discover wines that are classified growths. This château inherited its name from an ancient monastery established on the estate. A blend of elegance, finesse and aromas, you can enjoy a pleasant and original taste adventure.

Their finesse comes from the grapes being picked only at night. Owner Roger Zannier cultivates his reasons for excellence and finesse.

Domaine La Madrague

The estate welcomes you all year round to discover and taste its wines. What’s more, the estate regularly hosts exhibitions by local artists. You can explore the 20 hectares of vineyards that stretch between La Croix Valmer and Gassin. You can learn about and appreciate the history of the vineyard through its wines and its authenticity. You’ll also discover the family history of the estate. The names of the vintages come from the first names of the daughters of winemaker Jean-Marie Zodo and his grandsons.

This vineyard is a key player in development thanks to its commitment to organic farming.
